This was our favourite area for snorkeling where the rocks formed narrow canyons under the water where the fish sheltered from the sun. |
| The snorkeling was really interesting here with great visibility and warm water with plenty to see. Apart from the many different species of multi-coloured fish, we spotted octopus and moray eels. | ![]() |

The shoreline had interesting rock sculptures and arches, as well as nursery tide pools where you could spot the new born fish. |
| This trail led to the other side of the island but we were prevented from investigating too far by the many insects and the heat. It was very lush and had many green trees and flowering bushes. | ![]() |

The golden grasses were simply beautiful and the flowering yellow bushes were alive with the song of the honey bee. |
| Everything seemed to be flowering in this nature sanctuary. | ![]() |
